Vape device excise tax to rise by 10 PLN per unit under new bill

The Polish government approved a bill amending the excise tax law, raising the excise duty on vaporiser devices and vaporiser component kits from 40 to 50 PLN per unit. Government spokesman Adam Szłapka said the goal is to reduce availability of these products and close loopholes that allow circumvention of existing regulations.
