Polish ministry prepares tougher rules for property managers to end impunity

Poland's Ministry of Development and Technology is preparing new regulations to end the impunity of incompetent and dishonest property managers. Currently, a person with only basic education and no specialist knowledge can legally manage properties worth millions of zlotys. The ministry is acting in response to complaints from property owners who say existing law leaves them unprotected.
