Germany bans alcohol at all train stations from mid-October

Deutsche Bahn will ban alcohol consumption at all German railway stations from mid-October 2025. The move aims to drastically improve safety for passengers and staff. The change may surprise Polish visitors, who are accustomed to drinking outdoors being legally permitted in Germany.
