Drunk A1 motorway driver released without charges — deputy prosecutor dismissed

A drunk driver detained by fellow motorists on the A1 motorway was released from police custody without charges, sparking an intervention by Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar. As a result, the deputy district prosecutor in Lubliniec was dismissed from his post. The case has been transferred to the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Częstochowa.
