Egypt shuts over 2,000 unlicensed travel agencies – how to stay safe

Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has shut down more than 2,000 unlicensed travel agencies since June as part of a crackdown on illegal operators. Tourists are left uncertain about which services are trustworthy. Travel expert Marzena Buczkowska-German from Wakacje.pl advises travellers to use only certified agencies and avoid unofficial deals.
