Poland grew by 433 hectares in 2025, mostly along the Baltic coast

According to Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS), the country's total area grew by 433 hectares last year. The largest increase was recorded in the West Pomeranian voivodeship. The changes stem primarily from administrative adjustments related to the Baltic Sea coastline.
