Tunnel collapse in Sikkim kills 10, traps 15 workers underground

At least 10 people were killed and 15 remain trapped after a tunnel being built under the Teesta River in the Indian state of Sikkim collapsed. Local authorities believe a methane explosion may have triggered the disaster. Rescue operations are ongoing.
