Agnieszka, who worked as an entertainer at five-star hotels in Turkey, Egypt and Greece, describes the behaviour of Polish tourists on all-inclusive holidays. Some arrived drunk, queued for free alcohol before even getting their room key, and treated staff as though they had purchased them. The phenomenon was notable among wealthier guests who felt entitled to everything included in their package.
