Polish Prosecutors Investigate Alleged Irregularities at Pilecki Institute's New York Branch
The Pilecki Institute's Warsaw headquarters reported to prosecutors in June a possible crime committed by former leaders of its New York branch. The case concerns a delayed renovation of the Manhattan office building that resulted in financial penalties. Since early July, the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office has been conducting a preliminary inquiry.
