PiS Split Fears: Talks Underway to Pull Back Morawiecki Ultimatum

Negotiations are ongoing between representatives of Jarosław Kaczyński and Mateusz Morawiecki to prevent a split in the Law and Justice party (PiS). Politicians from the "Rozwój Plus" association say there is hope for a compromise and that efforts are being made to withdraw an ultimatum. PiS spokesman Rafał Bochenek said no meeting between Kaczyński and the former prime minister is yet scheduled, but one has not been ruled out.
