Drunk 71-year-old driver stopped in Gdynia with 1.8‰ blood alcohol

Police in Gdynia stopped a 71-year-old man driving with a blood alcohol level of 1.8 per mille. As officers handcuffed him on the road, a woman who was with him got out of the car and attempted to interfere, scuffling with a female officer. The entire incident was caught on camera and shared online.
