Polish Nurses' Median Pay Reaches 15,305 PLN Gross in Top Pay Grade

Poland's Agency for Health Technology Assessment (AOTMiT) has published a new report on employment structures in medical facilities. The median gross salary for nurses in the highest pay grade stands at 15,305 PLN per month, while top earners can exceed 24,000 PLN gross. The data highlights significant variation in nursing pay depending on classification and seniority.
