Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced he will open Ukrainian archives and grant permits for searches and exhumations of Volhynia massacre victims. Rafał Leśkiewicz, spokesman for Polish President Karol Nawrocki, called the pledges a "positive signal" and revealed details of talks between the two presidents.
