Anti-ICE army veteran set fire to Manhattan federal building, FBI says

Andrew Arrabaca, a 43-year-old army veteran, set fire to a federal building in Manhattan in what officials described as an anti-ICE protest. The FBI said he was armed with two axes, a machete, three knives and fireworks at the time of the attack. He has been taken into custody.
