Linux kernel to gain partial support for $ORIGIN in dynamic linking

The Linux kernel is set to gain partial support for the $ORIGIN token used in RPATH dynamic library paths, a feature already well-known from user-space dynamic linking via ld.so. The implementation will have some limitations compared to full $ORIGIN support. The change is primarily relevant to systems programmers and low-level software developers.
