Princess Mette-Marit returns home after lung transplant

Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit has been discharged from hospital and returned home following a lung transplant, her husband Crown Prince Haakon announced. Back at their residence, she can now spend time with her son, who has been in custody since February 2025. The news marks the first positive health update since the operation.
