Mikey Lewis banned four matches for headbutt and dangerous tackle

Mikey Lewis has been handed a four-match ban in total — one game for a dangerous tackle on Ewan Irwin, for which he was sin-binned, and three additional matches for an apparent headbutt on Warrington's Adam Holroyd that was missed by on-field officials. The Match Review Panel reviewed the incidents and imposed the suspension.
