Warsaw's Park Żerański reaches final of Europe's top public space award
Warsaw's Park Żerański, designed by studios Archigrest and TopoScape, has reached the final of a prestigious European award for best public space. Built on the site of an unfinished river port, the park incorporates the concept of "fourth nature" — ecosystems regenerating on post-industrial land — and deliberately preserves factory ruins and concrete rubble. The winners will be announced in October 2026.
