Gen. Syrskyi Apologises to Fedorov Over Publicised Dispute

Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander Gen. Oleksandr Syrskyi addressed reports of a conflict with former Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov in a published essay. He said he was surprised to learn of the alleged dispute and issued a direct apology: "Mykhailo Albertovych, I apologise."
