Skra Częstochowa withdraws from league, blames Polish Football Association

Skra Częstochowa has pulled out of league competition after finishing fourth in the promotion race to the second division last season. The club is struggling financially and has pointed to the Polish Football Association (PZPN) as partly responsible for the situation.
