Poland tightens rules for state company supervisory boards after Collegium Humanum scandal
A draft law revealed by "Rzeczpospolita" would require candidates for supervisory boards of state-owned companies to have proven large-enterprise management experience. The reform is a direct response to the Collegium Humanum scandal, in which fake MBA diplomas were used to obtain positions on state company boards.
