West Africa's $25bn, 6,000km Atlantic gas pipeline to start in 2028

Fourteen West African countries have signed off on a plan to build a 6,000km gas pipeline running along the Atlantic coast, at an estimated cost of $25 billion. Construction is set to begin in 2028, making it one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region's history.
