Ed Miliband pledges UK will stand "shoulder to shoulder" with Ukraine

Britain's new Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband has pledged continued UK support for Ukraine and NATO, as well as closer cooperation with the EU and the United States. Miliband referenced his family's history — his parents were Jewish refugees with Polish roots — as he committed to defending democratic values. He has just taken office as the UK's top diplomat.
