US Court Halts Paramount–Warner Bros. Merger for Two Weeks

A federal court in Oakland has halted for two weeks the planned merger between Paramount Skydance — which owns TVN among other assets — and Warner Bros. Discovery. Paramount Skydance issued a statement confirming it has no intention of abandoning the deal. The transaction would unite two of the largest media conglomerates in the United States.
