A producer from Australia's Seven network pitched One Nation leader Pauline Hanson a Spotlight special in which she would travel to the UK to meet Reform UK leader Nigel Farage and explore so-called "uncontrolled immigration". The pitch suggested Seven would cover some of Hanson's travel costs and that Farage would formally invite her to Britain. Hanson revealed the proposal by posting the pitch to social media.
