Paris judge authorises night-time doping tests on Pogacar and Vingegaard

A Paris judge specialising in liberty and detention matters authorised night-time anti-doping tests on Tour de France leader Tadej Pogacar and his closest rival Jonas Vingegaard in the early hours of 19 July. The tests, conducted outside the standard 6am–11pm window, were requested by the International Testing Agency (ITA). Paris prosecutors confirmed the authorisation on Monday.
