Anne Hathaway: Princess Diaries 3 script rewritten from scratch, filming date unknown

Anne Hathaway, while promoting her film "Odyssey", revealed that the script for "The Princess Diaries 3" has been completely rewritten under a new creative direction. She said the team feels it is heading the right way, calling it "the right film." However, filming has not been scheduled yet, as Hathaway is prioritising the birth of her third child. Work on the project has been ongoing since at least 2022.
