Ford unveils $30,000 electric pickup truck on new Universal Electric Vehicle Platform

Ford is abandoning the F-150 Lightning and starting fresh with its new Universal Electric Vehicle Platform (UEV). The first model on the platform will be an electric pickup truck priced at around $30,000. The company hopes the lower price point will help it compete more effectively in the electric truck market.
