John Healey Named UK Chancellor of the Exchequer

New UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has revealed his cabinet. John Healey, a former defence minister who left the government weeks ago following a dispute with Starmer, has been appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer. The role bypassed favourites Ed Miliband and Shabana Mahmood.
