Święczkowski Demands Explanation for Police Entry Into Poland's Constitutional Tribunal

Constitutional Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski has written to Police Commander-in-Chief General Marek Boroń demanding an explanation for officers entering the Tribunal's premises. Święczkowski argued the police intervention may have violated the constitutional independence of the institution. He also demanded the handover of specific documents related to the incident.
