Warsaw City Hall Rejects Ombudsman's Complaints Over Wilanów Techno Event

Warsaw Deputy Mayor Tomasz Mencina responded to a letter from the Polish Ombudsman (RPO) regarding a loud techno event held in Wilanów in May. He stated that the authority issuing permits for mass events has no legal basis to assess the event's environmental impact or noise emissions. The Ombudsman had questioned the propriety or legality of the permit granted for the event.
