Kotula: joint tax returns for same-sex couples possible without new law

Government equality commissioner Katarzyna Kotula says joint tax filing for same-sex couples could be enabled through a general interpretation by the finance minister, without changing the law. She announced she will spend the coming weeks persuading Finance Minister Andrzej Domański to issue such an interpretation.
