Rodri's World Cup stats: 94 completed passes per 90 minutes — a tournament record
Rodri produced a standout World Cup campaign, topping statistical charts heading into Sunday's final against Argentina. His average of 94.0 completed passes per 90 minutes is the highest ever recorded at a single World Cup for any player with at least 400 minutes, according to Opta. The 30-year-old Ballon d'Or winner had played only 22 games since rupturing his ACL in September 2024 before the tournament.
