Łódź hospital halts cancer programme admissions due to lack of funding

The Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University of Łódź has suspended admissions to drug treatment programmes, including oncology. At least one patient received a letter stating that further medical services cannot be financed. The situation was revealed by the newspaper Rzeczpospolita.
