Salmonella in cottage cheese pancakes sickens 28 children at Małopolska kindergartens

Pancakes filled with cottage cheese and peaches were the source of a salmonella outbreak affecting 28 children at kindergartens in the Małopolska region of Poland, RMF FM has established. Twenty-two of the children were hospitalised. Sanitary authorities are investigating the origin of the contaminated food.
