Florida mom drowns saving her 4-year-old son who fell into river chasing a toy

A Florida mother died after jumping into a river to save her 4-year-old son, who had fallen in while trying to retrieve a toy. The boy was pulled to safety by a passing vessel and was reported unharmed. His mother did not survive.
