Tax authority confirms pre-Polish Deal property depreciation after losing NSA case

Polish business owners may depreciate residential properties acquired before the Polish Deal tax reform and count the write-offs as tax-deductible costs. The tax authority confirmed this in an official interpretation, but only after losing a case before the Supreme Administrative Court (NSA).
