Man attacks FBI New York HQ with improvised incendiary device, gun and fireworks

Police arrested a man who hurled an improvised incendiary device at the FBI's New York field office on Manhattan. According to CNN and the New York Times, the attacker also set a fire, set off fireworks and brandished a firearm in front of the federal building. No injuries were reported.
