Appeal delays Kraków election date after referendum protest dismissed

An appeal against the dismissal of a referendum validity protest has been filed with the District Court in Kraków. The appellate court now has 30 days to consider the complaint. As a result, no date for elections in Kraków can be set until the legal process is concluded.
