Ukrainian Man Arrested for Knife Attack on Councillor at Łemkowska Watra Festival

A 46-year-old Ukrainian citizen has been charged after stabbing Andrzej Barna, a councillor of Gorlice county, during the Łemkowska Watra festival in Zdynia, Małopolska. The official was hospitalised but later returned to the event and posted a video online. The attacker is in custody.
