Man Sets Off Fireworks Outside NYC Immigration Court, Two Injured

A man armed with airsoft rifles set off an incendiary device outside an immigration court building in lower Manhattan, New York City. The FBI confirmed the use of the device; two people were injured in the incident. The suspect is in custody.
