Klimczak: No Court Should Seize Aviation Safety Funds in Pfizer Case

Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak commented on the seizure of funds belonging to the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PAŻP) in the context of Pfizer's lawsuit against Poland. He said such a situation could affect other institutions too, and that no court should be able to freeze money dedicated to aviation safety. Klimczak called for legal regulation of the issue.
