Archer Aviation and Anduril Unveil Electric Aircraft for Military and Commercial Use

San Jose-based air taxi startup Archer Aviation has unveiled a new electric aircraft co-developed with defense technology company Anduril. The platform is designed for both military and commercial uses, signalling that electric aviation manufacturers are looking beyond urban air taxis. Electric aviation is described as still in its infancy, but the sector is already expanding into defence.
