Doctor convicted in Jastrzębie-Zdrój after patient died leaving hospital

The Regional Court in Rybnik (Silesia) issued a final verdict against a doctor from Jastrzębie-Zdrój who failed to examine a 49-year-old patient at the hospital emergency department. The man was discharged and died shortly after leaving the hospital. The verdict is final.
