Man charged after stabbing councillor at Łemko festival in Zdynia

A 46-year-old man has been charged with bodily harm after stabbing Andrzej Barna, a councillor of Gorlice County, at the Łemko Culture Festival (Łemkowska Watra) in Zdynia, Małopolska. Barna was hospitalised but said after his discharge that he is "safe and healthy." The councillor also published a video related to the incident.
