Deputy PM Gawkowski: AI will cut civil servants' workload fivefold

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski on Monday assessed the AI-based document management system "ExtrAct" implemented at the municipal office in Międzyzdroje. He stated the solution reduces civil servants' workload by an average of five times. The system could serve as a model for other public offices in Poland.
