Developers flee big cities – Szczecin leads new housing investments

In the first half of the year, Poland saw slightly more new housing starts than a year earlier, but the investment pattern shifted. Developers scaled back in major cities suffering from oversupply and redirected activity to medium-sized cities, with Szczecin leading the way.
