New driving test rule: no second practical attempt on the same day

Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure plans to ban driving test candidates from retaking the practical exam on the same day they fail. A validity period for the theory test result will also be introduced. Candidates will still be allowed to retake the practical test without mandatory refresher lessons at a driving school.
