France grants Ukraine licences to produce Aster missiles, SCALP and AASM Hammer

France has decided to transfer licences to Ukraine for the production of Aster surface-to-air missiles, SCALP cruise missiles and AASM Hammer glide bombs. The move could have consequences beyond the current conflict, potentially accelerating the development of Ukraine's domestic defence industry.
