Polish health ministry plans hourly pay caps for medical staff and central e-registration
Poland's Ministry of Health is preparing a package of four regulations and a major piece of legislation aimed at improving monitoring of healthcare waiting lists, increasing oversight of medical workers' working hours, and accelerating the rollout of a central e-registration system. Two of the four draft regulations have already been submitted for public consultation. A key provision of the planned law is the introduction of caps on hourly pay rates for healthcare workers.
